Ingredients: Organic green tea, organic lemongrass, organic lemon myrtle, and organic ginger root from Hunan, China
HOW TO PREPARE THE TEA: Heat filtered water to 180˚F (or add a small amount of cool water to the cup or pot before adding water brought to a boil) and add one teaspoon loose leaf tea per cup (apprx. 8 ounces). Infuse the tea leaves for 2–3 minutes depending on taste preference. Can be infused a second time.
