Organic Golden Yunnan Black Tea
This certified organic black tea is harvested from the ancient tea tress of Yunnan, China. Its deeply flavored infusion has a note of raisiny spice and a malty finish similar to an Assam tea. Golden Yunnan is a blend of even graded tea leaves and big, golden tips. It has a wonderfully full-flavored and rich body that is a treat for black tea lovers.
How to Prepare Golden Yunnan Black Tea
PREPARATION: Heat water (filtered if possible) to 212˚F and let cool slightly before adding one full teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup (apprx. 8 ounces). Infuse the tea leaves for 4–5 minutes depending on taste preference.
